Business Plan Training
We provide business plan training in-house for your management and staff. Your team will learn how to develop a framework for your business plan, business model or business case. The training includes practical advice on presenting a logical flow of ideas and how to assemble the wide range of information required to prepare a business plan. It will include learning about how to identify gaps in the market and validate the value proposition. Training in business planning will cover the industry background, the product or service, the market, operations, management, the implementation schedule and financial projections. Business model skill development will include brainstorming and testing different ways of aligning value propositions with customer needs, beyond basic product innovation. Learning about preparing a business case will include clearly defining the business need and evaluating viable options. Your team will learn how to appraise the critical elements of a business plan, namely the people, the opportunity, the context and the risk and reward.
